Understanding the basic duties of a registered nurse is an essential task that involves the
inclusion of several practices. It is important to ensure that a Registered Nurse undergoes
important processes before employment.

Before going to an interview, preparation is an essential task that each individual should
be keen on promoting. It is an important task because it enables someone to meet up with the
expectations of the job requirements and have a first impression that is most likely to benefit the
interest of the employer. As a registered nurse, one should be ready to be asked questions that are
related to their field of profession. It is a necessity that most of them should be prepared to

how certain activities need to be carried out to promote the chances of a person getting
employed. It I a fundamental task that one needs to be always prepared to deliver better
impressions during such occasions. A look at the interview process involved in this perspective
plays a key role in the delivery of better services. The first step that one needs to take is to
conduct detailed research on the institution or origination that wants to hire. The activity aids to
come up with the appropriate conclusions on the questions asked together with the preferred
practices. Conducting a detailed comparison of the qualifications and skills to the job
requirement is also another essential activity that one needs to do as part of the preparation
process.
The other important task that one needs to place under a broader perspective is their
preparation of responses. One has the primary duty of ensuring that he or she prepares for the

In this case, I will wear a light blue garment which is a basic requirement for registered nurses in
the country (Keogh, 2017). It is a basic practice that demands a broader understanding of the
relevant topics together with the development of the appropriate practices that leads to the
general impression that is a registered nurse in the country. It is expected that I come with a
stethoscope top to describe the degree of professionalism that comes with the practice based on
the professionalism that comes with the tool.
What should you do first?
Conforming by the ethical profession of the nursing practice is important. My first
response would be to ensure that I attend to the patient to ensure that the issue is dealt with and
prevent further pain and harm from taking place to the individual. The second practice entails
coming up with the appropriate measure that is focused towards the general upbringing of the
society (Hawkes, 2017). The activity entails confronting Lindsay in a friendly manner in order to

As a medical practitioner, it is my primary duty of ensuring that the needs of each patient
within the healthcare facility are perfectly addressed. The activity entails coming up with the
appropriate practice that is focused on the wellbeing of the patient in this case. Ideally, I have the
duty of ensuring that I develop the appropriate measure of developing a positive practice that has
its focus on the general wellbeing of the patient (Hawkes, 2017). The failure to act increases the
chances of harming the patients. In this case, the negligence of Lindsay affects the patients in a
negative way as they are complaining of pain. If no action is taken the pain might escalate further
leading to the creation of further medical complications to the patient which is inappropriate.
Inaction might affect the future of wellbeing of the patients in a negative way. As a friend
and a fellow medical practitioner, it is my ethical responsibility of ensuring that I provide the
appropriate information that is needed about the situation. It is essential that I provide the correct
advice to enable her to change her behavior. Ignoring her personality such as anger issues is
essential because the ethical measures are taken considering the implications that her negative
norm is most likely to impact in the future together with the inappropriate practices that need to
be placed under consideration in this particular case (Deverill, 2018). It Is important that acute
understanding is developed based on the complications that come with the development of the
appropriate measure that leads to the creation of better healthcare of each medical patient.
